well some of you may know that I am going to be dropped from my insurance as of Oct. and since I had a Subarachnoid Hemorrhage and a stroke in 1993 I found out that I can not get insurance, so I did some calling today and the department of Human Services are going to see if I qualify to continue to get insurance through the state since I am " uninsurable"

If you are not safe plz dont read anymore in case it gets triggering

Today isnt a real good day but it isnt bad either, my moods are all over the place which this is the time of year that I begin to cycle so I know I will start the downward sprial soon so I have cleaned out my medicine cabinet, and the thoughts are always there I have even thought about drinking bleach, or walking in front of a semi, but so far I have been able to steer my thinking away from that sort of stuff, but I do know that with my bipolar that it is only a matter of time so I am trying to make my house safe from myself.

I am sorry Mary about the insurance stress. More than likely, it is contributing to what you're feeling. You are doing the right thing by keeping yourself safe & cleaning out anything harmful in the home. As always, if you feel overwhelmed, call your *t* or pdoc. Call the crisis line or get to the local ER. We care & want you to move past this. Since you have lots of coping skills that worked effectively in the past, now is the time to use them again. GL & GBU! (((hugs))) jan
