Ah October... Change in seasons and where I start feeling the need to hibernate. MMMMmmmm sleep!
Anywho, what's been going on and what's in store. But first, Lori... dh and I are, what he has told me and we all know men have an odd sense of perception, going to actively try for our 1st this summer but I say we can start trying now since it could take a long time. He seems to think he has super swimmers. Men. Whatever dude! Yes I am still seeing Gina (thank the good Lord!) and I think it has definitely helped. I am also reading "Why Men Marry Bitches" and it is very insightful. I definitely would recommmend reading that or the "why Men Love Bitches". I personally like going online and buying the PDF copy since it is half the price but that's just me. Oh my I watched 300 last night (twice) and that is definitely awesome eye candy for women. Gerard Butler is a hottie! He was also in Phantom of the Opera. I think it is the confidence that is a deal winner for me.
My blog is updated with all the fun activity I have been dealing with. I had an altercation with a friend of mine since I told her that I didnt want to hear her complain the whole weekend about the same ol' thing. If you hate your job so much, then look for another and get yourself out of that situation.
As for October, it seems like a quiet month. Just a doctor visit and my friend's bday. This coming weekend is blessing of the pets so I am taking Piper Jo. This will be the 3rd game in a row that I have missed a Spartan game but you know, I feel more relaxed to get away from that for a bit. I may have to do that next year! :)
I think I covered pretty much a summary of my goings on. What's everyone else getting into? Any vacations?

I did a quick mile yesterday since I had another appointment I had to go to last night.
It's always good to hear from you, Darla. Keeping busy & all that exercise will keep the blues @ bay! Are you enjoying the challenge? I need to step it up as I slacked off yesterday.
GL on TTC:) Keep us posted on your progress. (((hugs))) jan
Thanks Jan!
I was doing so good these past few months I should of known this feeling would come back.
Hey Darla,
Here's a few cyber hugs for you {{{{Darla}}}}--wish they could be real--more comforting that way I know, but this is the best I can do given the limits of cyberspace lol!
Seriously... I'm sorry you are feeling so badly right now. I KNOW it will pass--because you have lots of motivation and also because that's the nature of life---it changes whether you want it to or not! I also know that while you are dealing with these feelings, it's natural to want quick relief!
Something you posted to share with us before comes to mind..... Rather than rushing to change where you're at emotionally and feeling frustrated that you can't, try to do some of that "radical acceptance." As you and I both know there are times when that's the best we can do. And, as I've always said, awareness is a crucial step--and you've GOT that my friend. Sometimes we just can't figure out WHY we are feeling so badly.....but what's important is accepting what is and having the awareness that this too shall pass. Because it has before--you've had many good days and you will have them again.
(((Darla))) I'm sorry to hear that the sadness has returned. It can be frustrating to have made such a remarkable improvement, then to suffer a setback. But, you are in a much better posistion this time. You have new coping skills to fall back on & the knowledge that you WILL recover as you did before.
In spite of that, this is a difficult time. Keep yourself safe. Keep connected. Journaling is a great idea!
I wish we lived closer, too! We could keep the fires lit under each other's butts;) I have disappointed myself in the Rock On Challenge. My bad): GL! jan
You gals are wonderful!
Day 2 - Well I still feel, best word to describe it, like shyt.
Hey Darla,
What I usually do is keep a log on how I am feeling and what happened during the day so I cant keep my dates and events straight.
