Hello,
I have started trying to become a vegetarian. I find when I eat a lot of veggies, I get a lot of gas. Any reason for this? Any way to solve it? I like how I feel eating this way. I still can't give up my fish just yet. When I don't eat it, I really carve it...I don't miss the beef or pork...Any suggestions or ideas...

i agree that your body will adjust to eating more veggies. how you prepare them makes a difference, too, like always rinse canned beans well
