Can anyone give me a hand?
How the heck do you use/cook tofu so it doesn't taste and feel like rubber?!?
I had a go with it but I really didn't get on with it, so any advice would be greatly appreciated. I keep hearing that it's so versatile, and you can bake/fry/grill/stirfry/make sandwiches/scrambled *egg*/bakes..........................
but PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have another box of it in the fridge and I really don't want to waste it but I don't want to feel like I'm eating rubber sandwiches or rice and rubber either!!!

I know what you mean about tofu ... it's not a favorite of mine although I wish it were!
