Dry or canned beans, difference?

Is there any real difference, in terms of flavor, healthiness, etc with choosing canned beans over dry (that need presoaked)? I'm wondering this because it would really help me with cooking to use canned beans instead of the dry beans. And what about price? Does the time saved with remembering to presoak balance against the money saved by dry beans in the bag?

Dry beans have less sodium and are slighly cheaper but they have to be boiled for two hours.
Personally, I'm NOT disciplined enough to time my bean desires with extenisve boiling time, so I stock up on cans of Goya beans, especially when they are on sale. I open the can and put them in a colander and rinse them (so they're not as salty).
