I had to look up Pesco-Veg. I'm a Pesco-Pollo Veg. Sounds like a certain underwater game (Marco Polo) LOL. I originally had voted Semi-Veg, but I like the sound of Pesco-Pollo Veg better. My friends already think I'm whacked because I recycle and won't eat red meat. . .why not make 'em really crazy LOL

I put other because I don't eat red meat or pork and am working towards eliminating chicken and fish. I plan on buying some Morning Star faux chicken for some Thai food I will make this week. I hardly ever ate fish, so that's no problem giving up. I don't like eggs, either. I love spicy food, so the faux chicken will be a must with me and I also love cereal w/milk and yogurts, so I'm going to have to try to find a good tasting soy substitute.

I think faux chicken taste similar to the real thing. I mean in chicken patties and nuggets. If you love spicey foods try Linda McCartney's frozen foods. DH loves the Spicy Peanut Pasta with Vegetarian Chicken!

Sounds yummy, I will try to find her line of food near me! I saw a cookbook she wrote in Books A Million & may go back to buy it. She will always be remembered as a great lady.

I don't eat the fake chicken patties and such because I don't like chicken, so IMHO, the fake chicken will probably be a good substitute for you. I think it's Morningstar Farms that makes a BBQ covered 'chicken' meal and it fooled my fussy DH.

For soy milk, my boss and I both agree that 8th Continent is good and we both agree that Silk brand is gritty. That's just 2 gals opinions though. I also buy rice milk sometimes. I like it, my boss hates it.

Just my 2¢, Good luck!
