Breakfast: Cereal w/blueberries and strawberries and Rice Milk Lunch: Vegetarian Vegetable Soup Snack: Walnuts and pretzels Dinner: A baked potatoe topped with Morningstar Crumbles in a sloppy joe type sauce (vegan) Snack: tomato on toast sandwich
Yesterday 3/17 I wanted to do this the day that I posted, but I had a bit of a head cold/sore throat and I didn't eat much.
For Breakfast I had a weight watchers english muffin with vegetable spread and an orange. Lunch I cooked the cabbage recipe that I found on the web. (It tasted great. I am saving the recipe for years to come!) Snack I had some Annie's wheat rabbit shaped crackers. Dinner we went to Johnny Rockets and used my coupon. I got the Boca burger minus the tomatos with a side of fries.
Breakfast - English muffin with scrambled eggs and cheese sandwich and caffeine free diet pepsi
"Lunch" - road snacks. Two string cheese, an apple, a low-sugar yogurt drink, a South Beach meal bar, two South Beach peanut butter cookies
Dinner - Greek. Hummus, olives, some fried cheese appetizer thing, spanakopita, broiled whole red snapper, arugula and tomato salad (shared all with hubby and dining companions). Two gin and tonics and a small glass of dessert wine (celebrating a week's freedom from school). Some sort of nut cookie as dessert.
Today is much better....
Brunch - cheddar and apple omelette, whole grain roll, glass of champagne, cup of decaf coffee
Snacks for the day - fresh strawberries, low-sugar yogurt, trail mix, etc.
