A fire is only dangerous when gas is ...

A fire is only dangerous when gas is poured on it. I just heard Shack the Lakers basketball player say that when he refused to answer a question the newsguy asked about a disagreement between him and another player. I thought that was an appropriate answer when there is a problem and people ask you about it but you don't want the fire to spread and get out of control.

Boy I learn some thing every day girls... Me I would rather contain the fire some one else created for me and pour water on it before other people get hurt. There is no right or wrong in some disagreements just differences in opinions. And ya just move on...

One of the things my Dad had taught me is to watch for signs in life which are all around me and I will know which way to go or how to handle a problem. Today Shack was that sign or answer as to how to handle a fire that is blazing out of control in my life... It is weird how answers just seem to fall in my lap and point me in the direction I need to go. So to night girls I decided to be a fire woman and put the fire out that is raging out of control between me and my mother in law instead of adding gasoline to the blaze.... ha ha ha.... (it's that time of the year again Mother's day is coming up)

If you don't understand any of this then thats good because it means you have never had any problems in your life that got out of hand. If you do understand and your going through some thing in your life that is stressing you out then remember ya can either pour gasoline on the fire and blow it out of proportion with your big mouth or you can douse it with water to contain it. It's up to you... and your mouth.. so watch what you say to people and decide if you want to make a bonfire out of the incident or just move on...

Okay now that I got that off my chest. I don't know who on this board said to make a romantic dinner for William tomorrow for our Anniversary but thank you. I think I am going to take a stab at that. Maybe Hawaiian sweet and sour ribs, a salad, some sticky fried rice.. ha ha ha... naaa... I know he hates my sticky rice so I'll make him a bake potatoe with all the trimmings on it and a vegie. He loves shrip cocktail so maybe I get that for a puu-puu before dinner. I have the candles, champane, and the music. For desert huuummm... I guess it will have to be some thing I can make on my own. So I thought strawberry shortcake with whip cream. I wish I knew how to make chocolate moose but I don't. Wish me luck ha ha ha.... Naa... I can do this I am just going to start early making the dinner just in case some thing goes wrong I have time to start over...

Aloha be good to each other,

Lei, one of the best ways I know to have a "home made" dinner is....order from somewhere and then place in your own pots and pans. lol Seems to turn out every time. Let us know how it did turn out.

Your statement about pouring gas on the flames is so true. I do it all the time.

Hugs,

Rain

I totaly agree with ordering out and sticking it in my pots and pans... ha ha ha.... I will see how I feel tomorrow. Every day has it's own vibes ha ha ha... so I just kind of go along with the flow of the day if ya know what I mean? Some days no matter what ya do life is just not going to go along with my program for that day. But if it feels like I can't loose than I will cook his dinner from semi scratch ha ha ha.... because to be honest with ya I don't remember what scratch is ha ha ha...

Aloha and good night Rain Spirit... I love your name!
