I feel so bad for my dd.

She is president of the photo club at school and they have been invited to have a booth at an upcoming (tomorrow) festival on campus where they can display and sell their pictures. She has been so excited about this. She has some very good pictures that she thought would sell. Also, the students have tons of prints that they made before they got that perfect one they tirned in at class and nothing to do with them. So they were going to mount them and sell them cheap...some pretty nice ones in there too. When she got set to gather them together though, she's found they've all disappeared. She can't find any of her work prints, slides or negatives. Now obviously, they're all together somewhere but she says she's scoured her room and looked in every box down in her basement. I have been through this house from top to bottom also. There's no sign of them. This would have been a chance to not only (hopefully) make a little money, but also to see what sort of pictures appealed to the general public. She's feeling really bad and I feel bad for her. I hope they turn up. She just told me tonight that her New Guinea negatives are, apparently, with all the others too because she can't find them. It's really very strange.

Poor Zana! Well, they MUST be there someplace! She didn't take them with her to school, did she? I hate when I can't find something! BTW, did you ever re-discover that money you hid from yourself?

Oh No, How awful! Do you think it's possible that someone would take them for some reason? Gosh I hope not. Hopefully she will find them still. Gabby

I hope she has found them by the time I am typing this. Can't imagine why anyone else would take them, can you? So it must be that they are there and just being overlooked. I can sometimes have something I'm looking for right in front of me and can't see it! Of course, Zana isn't a semi-psychotic meno-woman! Hugs for you both!

I was wondering if someone might have taken them but it would have been such a petty adn spiteful thing to do. I can't imagine anyone disliking her that much to do something like that to her.

Thanks, Mindy. If nothing else, it will be a good lesson to her to keep things a little more organized.

She said herself that they would probably turn up in some likely spot the day after she needs them. I hope they do, even if it is too late for this show.

I don't think she ever brought them home, Red. So they should be there but she says she's looked everywhere. As for my money...no, I haven't found that yet. I probably stashed it away in some big old box of photos!

Kat, that does sound odd. Not like someone could really pass them off as theirs. Hope she finds them in time.

Hugs,

Rain

I hope it wasn't a joke gone bad. Did she find them yet?
