For us tonight I made porcupines, boiled new potatoes, corn on the cob and fruit salad.

None of us were really hungry though so left overs tomorrow!

Another delicious meal, yum!!! Porcupines are hamburger/rice kind of patties?

Ds and I were in a fish mood so I made scallops and shrimp salad for us, also had french bread. I also made sloppy Joes for dh because he has been craving them. Just felt like making everybody what they really wanted tonight. Dh does NOT like seafood, but that doesn't mean ds and I can't enjoy it. Gabby

Yep they are meatballs with rice in them... then a tomatoe sauce poured over top and baked... not bad for when you are in a hurry!
