Hello wise ladies... I was trying to find a board about aging parents etc but decided Id just as soon come back here to mu old home, since you ladies are the warmest and wisest bunch ever! Its been a while!

Mom is 88 and lives in FLorida with Sister #2. I just returned from a long weekend visit there and am really having to "debrief". I am #4 of 4 daughters and we live in different states. Im trying to figure a way for the four of us to prepare and deal with the inevitable. Mom is not long for this world and we all know it. Sis#1 lives in Colorado, ma and Sis#3 live in Houston and Mom is with #2 in Fla.

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestios of how we 4 da's can ... uhm... work thru some of our ... junk... long distance, by email or something, I just dont know. There are some "issues", conflicts, dynamics that need to be dealt with sooner rather than later.

Im just gonna post this now without more details cuz Im not sure I even remember HOW!

Ill be back!

KC...Don't have answers for you but wanted you to know that it sounds like a difficult situation. First your Mom being so ill and then conflict between sisters..I think you have a difficult task of uniting sisters...in my experience the death or illness of a parent either brings out the best or worst in a person and sometimes there is little only one person can do. Resolving conflict has to be a two way(or in this case 4 way street) I feel you probably need to try but hate to sound negative don't be surprised if you are rebuffed.

I wish you the best!

Hugs
