Now, I know that doesn't sound that hot to some of you, but here it is SCORCHING! And the section of the clinic I work in isn't air conditioned. Between the heat and hot flashes I was not a happy person yesterday. Today it is back in the 50's. Just seems to go one way or the other. When we have two days of hot weather like that, we usually joke that "there went our summer" since that generally only happens once a year. I hope not...hate to have summer over with so soon!

I am going to have some trees taken down or cut back in my yard. It's going to change things a lot and I'm not sure I'm going to like the changes. But it's better, I suppose, than having them fall on my house or my neighbor's which has been a concern of mine for a while. I hate getting rid of trees...especially since these aren't ones that shade my yard so badly and that I WOULD like to shorten. Unfortunately, those trees aren't on my property. Oh well, could be worse. At least the moss that grows in the shaded grass is green too.

I splurged and bought a vining hydrangea. Anyone have any experience with one of those. I'm excited about it.

Kat, Wow 90 degrees is HOT for your neck of the woods...Know what you mean about taking down trees...always hate to do it!

A flowering hydrangea...sounds beautiful!

Have a good weekend and hope your summer isn't over yet!

Hugs

HI Kat,

Boy that is hot for where you are! As for the trees, it's probably a good idea so they don't fall near house later! You'll get used to it!

Now have a good weekend and relax a little! :) Debby:)
