Older DD has begun her move back to our hometown. She is going to live with her sister til she gets on her feet. She was able to get her old job back. It sure has been a long haul for her to get her feelings straight. You may remember, her husband did a dastardly, nearly unforgiveable thing when little Hunter was 3 months old, and she and Hunter have been with me ever since. Well, she now feels strong enough to go out on her own and go back to work. I will miss little Hunter terribly. I've grown so attached to him, it's painful just to think about not seeing him every day.
Younger DD called this a.m. and said she and her boyfriend (Dallas' daddy---they've been "together" for over 3 yrs now) bought a 1999 truck (can't remember the make) but it has seating for 6, 4 doors! The neatest thing is that they've established credit good enough that they didn't need a co-signer (whew! I sweated through that once, thank you). They were really excited and I thought it was neat. They do work very hard, the both of them. Dallas' daddy is healing from a broken leg. Broke it slightly riding a bull, then hopped down the next day from his delivery truck and busted it good. He is out of the cast now.
So, I guess things are going pretty good, considering. Now with school behind me I can just sit and worry about my surgery...yeeeeeeeekkkkkk!!!! I have an appointment with my surgeon and anesthetist tomorrow. Boy, do I have questions!
Sorry for the length. Guess I feel yakkity today.

I bet you will miss Hunter terribly, it will be hard on you for a while but it is a good thing for your dd to get back out there. I just hope that all goes well, and seeing as she got her job back that may mean things are going to work out in her favor.
I bet your other dd is quite pleased that they got the truck especially without having to ask for a co-sign. That has to feel good for them and also for you!
Now I am wishing you much luck with this surgery, I know how you are feeling very nervous about it. I hope you wrote all your questions onto paper to take with you.
Good luck and big hugs!

Sure is nice to come here and read good things. Hugs, Red...you will miss Hunter but, he now has memories forever.
That line about riding a bull caught my eye. Is your dd with a real life cowboy? Congrats to them as it looks like they are doing well.
Now, I can't wait for your post saying you are feeling better and getting around.
Hugs,
Rain
He's always enjoyed rodeo, and there's a place close to where they live where you can learn how...This cracks me up...the bull he fell from and got hurt...it's name is Cinnamon! LOL! What a sissy name for a bull! LOL! Cracks me up every time.
hugs,
Red
I'm looking forward to feeling normal again! Thanks for the good wishes.
Hugs, Red
