Hi all. Where I live in MD, I am between 15 to 30 minutes from VA, PA, and WV. It's called the tristate area. My kitty, Jimmy, has a yearly sonogram for his heart trouble, and last year I had to take him to one of their facilities in a part of MD that is way out of my comfort zone. It was an awful trip having panic disorder. This specialty vet also has a facility in VA. It can take about 30+ minutes to get there, but it's mostly all two lane country roads, until you get to the highway, then it's only a matter of blocks. I made a trial run to this facility in VA w/a friend and I did very well, so I made his appt. When we got on the highway, in some heavy traffic, I felt a bit of panic come over me, but I talked myself out of it in about 5 minutes. It felt good for me to be able to do this w/o hardly any problems at all.

Please say a prayer for him that his heart problem is the same, and not any worse. Since dh and I are not together right now, we have bonded even more, and is so much company to me.

On another topic,I've decided not to fight with this board. I hate the thought of missing posts or replies, but I don't want to be forgotten, so I'm gonna do my best here.

What is with the chat? I have wanted to talk to everyone to catch up. Will we need a instruction manual to use the new chat? lol.

I have also been having pc problems, and lately I have been on Online Support for various fixes to my computer. It's been running pretty well here lately after some adjustments. Knock on wood.

Ok, well not much more to say that wouldn't bore you all, so I want to also welcome all the newbies, send out prayers for those who are facing surgeries, and for all others who are in need of them.

Love ya all, Terry

Good for you, girl!! Proud of ya for making the trip with the kitty! Now here's hoping his heart is still going strong and not any worse. Our pets are such an important part of our lives, wouldn't know what to do without my kitties and my big ol' dog!

Hope all your puter problems are behind you now, and you can pop in often!!

Hugs, Pam
