Finally!! Dd's bf went home on Thurs. I've been nursing poor dh through surgery since Wed. and have finally got a break. He had 2 cysts removed from a very very sensitive area on a man, "the boys" is what we've been referring to them as. No cancer thank the good Lord. He's been a very good patient. I was expecting the usual big man baby stuff-but nary a whine. I have to say I've been through several surgeries and seen the kids and all our pets through surgeries, but this was the ugliest by far. All I can say is...everything (and I mean everything) is black and the darkest shade of purple. You should've seen the look on his face the first time he saw it-I thought he was going to pass out. But like I said he's been very good. I'm taking a little break this summer so hopefully I can catch up with y'all. I'm sorry I missed Vegas-hope there's a next time. Well off to do Florence Nightengale. ((HUGS)) Becky

Becky the best thing for him right now is Arnica 200C orally and Calendula ointment on the surgery site. This will dramatically reduce the swelling and chance of infection. Hugs, Bernie

Poor dh. That must have been a shock, but I'm glad there was no malignancy. Glad to see you back.
