yesterday, dd was home since I was at work, she said the woman seemed to like it! She has a friend whose sister lives here, so that's a good reference. Please cross all body parts that she calls back!!! I think dd and I will have an open house on Saturday, when no one else is having one, maybe we'll get ALL the lookers! LOL! I would really like to sell this place without a realtor, would work out financially much better.

Busy day at work yesterday, I was pooped last night. Off today, got a list a mile long of things to do, places to go, people to see! Then off to see my "gentleman friend" later this afternoon, haven't seen him for three months! "Life" is just too darned busy!

Hope you all have a great day!! Keep smiling, it makes people wonder what you've been up to! LOL!

Hugs, Pam

If you have a Saturday open house, bake cookies about an hour before it is to begin. The best smell in the world is a house with cookie smells or apple pie smells and the pie is harder and messier. I'd vote for brownies and choc chip cookies. And you can let the dough boy help ya lol. Just don't burn them! And take the evidence out before the open house. But have them on a tray in the kitchen. Maybe with some dixie cups for water and or coffee. Also beware that many of the lookies might be agents. But consider giving half the fee if an agent has somebody who wants to see it. If agents know that, they are also more willing to bring potential buyers to see it. Hugs, BB

Oh boy Pam! Fingers, eyes, toes everything crossed so that your place gets sold in a hurry! Hoep that the lady calls back and tells you it is just what she has been looking for.

Have a good afternoon with your friend today, bet you will have so much to get caught up with him after the 3 months!

Hugs, Lor
