Morning everyone, today its rainy and cooler I guess, the humidity is still high though. Well we were kind of getting our hopes up that our son would be home in November. That would have been 6 months in Iraq. Now the new rotations have come out and 1st armored will be there til next May. So thats a year. I want my son to fulfill his obligatiions, and I am proud that he is doing so for his country, but he has not been home since last August, and now it will be 1 year 9 months before we get to see him. I hope something will be done to get him home sooner, but I just don't know. Got to run some errands today and get son a package in the mail, he needs so much stuff!! Hope everyone has a great day, I'm going shopping!!!! see ya, Sherry

Sherry, I'm so sorry to hear that your son will be gone for such a long time. I can't even imagine how difficult that must be for you and how much you are looking forward to having him home. If you think he might like to get some extra mail from a batch of craz... er...interesting middleaged ladies, let us know. You can email his address and he'll find himself with a number of foster mothers. What a fate!
