I live where it is high and dry, Colorado and I've become very good at moisterizers. Basically pick one that smells good to you for your body and one that has an SBF of 20 or more for your face and USE THEM! I get one from Origins that I just love the smell of. It is very fruity. Since I have rosecea I have to use a sunscreen that is oxide based for my face during the day. Try to not wash with too hot of water and do drink lots of water every day. I like the Loreal creams to wear at night. Oh, one thing...if you have pets...some moisturizers smell good enough that my dog thinks he should lick them off of me! lol Yuck! Hugs, BB

Hi and Welcome Annette! Oh boy good reasons to feel stressed huh! No wonder we get these stress lines. I have no idea on a good moisturizer... seems that I have not found the perfect one yet...some seem to work well for a while then I find I am not as happy as I used to be with them. I think what you are doing and perhaps a good straw hat woudl help keep the lines away.

I imagine that being in Australia you would find your skin drying a lot faster than over here in Canada. If you get a chance maybe give a dermatologist a call and ask what they recommend.

I am sure you will get lots of good ideas here though.

Hi Annettereria. I think the best thing you could do is go to your dermatologist and ask him to prescribe something. Until you get there anything with cocoa butter is suppose dto work well.

Hi, Annette. I think using a good moisturizer on a really regular basis can help a lot. There are also non-surgical procedures like dermabrasion that can smooth out some minor things before they get major.

That must be worrying about your daughter but how exciting when kids want to do that sort of thing. I have a friend whose daughter majored in middle east politics and has been traveling around the mid-east for the last year...alone! Now that would REALLY worry me!

First of all take a deep breath and try to relax. Do some yoga or meditation. I have used Clinque and I love the moisturizers. Also exfoliating twice a week to get rid of dead skin cells really helps. Try to eat sensibly, and stay out of the sun, don't smoke, and drink TONS of water. Your skin care has to be done every day, that is where some ladies fall down. They start off great but then let it fall to the wayside. THis won't help the wrinkles??!!!Really try and keep your stress level to the minumum with all this...that will really help. Let me know how it goes??
