The two older girls are now on thier way back to Arkansas. Their father was knocking on the door here at 6 am. Now, he knew the agreed on time was 6:30 in the evening as the girls mother would be in school. So, there he is outside haveing a temper tantrum and goes to the police. They tell him..sorry jack...no mom, no kids.
To make a long story short, he came back here and wasn't pleasant. Very angry, nasty man. I called the mom at school and suggested she come home early and to stop at the police station on her way. Well, guess what...dear ole dad has a record for assualting the police. Minutes later I have 2 squads and the police here with the mom. He was ornery and insulting to the officers which ended up with them just staying right here until it was time for the oldest girls doctor appointment. he stated that the mother won't get to have the girls back again. He was going to take care of that. We'll see.
After the apponitment I did convince him to come back here for their things. Unfortunately the girls did have to leave early. I am glad there was no trouble though like I hear that has been in the past. I just don't think any of that is in the girls best interests. The hardest part of the whole morning was watching Catherine try not to cry.
Now, I'm feeling blue and brats that they are, miss them already. Seems they found a weak spot in my heart. LOL
