Good morning my dear cyber sisters. Ds is back in school and dd starts college nest week. She's not going away but she won't be here much either. Ah the peace and quiet!! I just had to laugh at myself and the world today-right after I got done being angry. I got up and walked with dh and TJ. I decided to ride my bike to church for morning prayer. I wanted to support the new priest-he started the morning prayer this week. So I did my thing and feely spiritually renewed I went out into the world ready to continue my physical renewal. My bike, however had other thoughts-a major flat tire. I must have blown the tube because I checked the pressure before I left home. Great-dh is on his way out of town and dd can't drive the manual transmission in the car left at home-now I get to face a 5 mile walk. That's not normally a huge deal but it's hot and humid. So I start my journey. About half way home a kind lady stopped-she had been in the chapel and heard my plight. I had asked permission of the priest to leave my bike while I retrieved my car. So she drove me the rest of the way home. Bless her. I went to get the bike. Here I am, hormonal, in the church parking lot trying to shove my bike into my tiny Jeep Wrangler. I should be going to church every day for the next month for my thoughts. Whose grand idea was it that exercise was good?? After a fortification stop at Starbucks I can now sit here and laugh. I am thankful that I wasn't on my usual ride and be 10 miles from home when it happened. I'm praying the rest of day will only get better. I hope this will brighten someone's day. Have a good day and it's good to be back((HUGS)) Becky

Well I'd say your got your exercise today huh? A five mile walk in hot and humid would not be my idea of a great time either. Thanks heavens for a sweet lady to help.Well take it easy the rest of the day and remember to enjoy the peace and quiet.
