had about 9 "groups" through the condo! She's got 2 very strong possibilities!! Please cross all body parts that one of them makes an offer!! I had to laugh, she said NO ONE was under the age of 50! LOL! They should all fit right in here.

My old gang from the pharmacy had a picnic last night, it was a fun time. Gosh, I miss those guys, even though I see them when I go in the store now and then. I'm considering calling HR and saying "when can I go back to work?" What do you think? Still scanning the ads though, and thinking about the tux job, depends on the money. But SOME paycheck is better than NO paycheck. I'm so torn!

It's dd's last day of "summer", school starts tomorrow. She's excited about being back with all her old friends, but nervous too since she wasn't there last year. She has to re-take 11th grade history and worried she won't know anyone in her class. Of course they've all compared schedules already and a couple of her friends are in one or two of her classes. I know she'll be fine.

Errands to run today, not much else going on. Have a good one, everybody!!!

Hugs, Pam

Pam, I am woefully ignorant about what happened with your job. Last I remember there was an altercation between you & a pharmacist...is that right? So sounds as if you left the pharmacy...but I think if you miss them and think you can get the job back then go for it. Don't settle for another job unless you truly must. Go talk to HR and see what happens...can't hurt! Hugs!

Pam crossing everything I can find and sending lots of good luck your way for the condo. As for the job hey it couldn't hurt to as the hr when you could go back to work. Keep those options open though.

I am sure Sarah will be fine and fit right back in at school.

Enjoy your day

Love and Hugs

Pam,

Keeping things crossed here that one of those two buy. Have to say...kind of makes my eyes hurt though so better sell fast. LOL

Agree with you, think your dd will be fine also. First days back to school are always a tad scary. Being gone a year only adds to that. She will find her niche though. One of mom's expressions, whice I detested by the way was.."Your young, you'll adjust". Grrrrr! She was right as much as I hate to admit it.

Don't know what to think about the job problem, maybe you could return to the old one. Nice that you had a good time with the old crew.

Take care,

Rain

Pam, did your employers ever fire or suspend you or ANYTHING!?!?! I have been wondering what happened. Seemed like all of a sudden you were looking for another job, but I never heard the outcome of the first one. I cannot believe they just hung you out to dry!

Pam, they still haven't actually told you if your job is still there? This is ridiculous!! Hugs, Gabby

Pam body parts are crossed and now just waiting to hear if one of them buys... I sure hope that they do!

I bet it is exciting for your dd... and can undertand why she woudl be nervous... but that will change in about a week of being there.

Hugs, Lor

Pam, I have everything crossed that I can manage to! Sending "buy" vibes to the two very strong possibilities!

I'm surprised you haven't heard anything about your job yet! What's with them, anyway? I thought they were going to let you know a couple of weeks ago.

I hope school goes well for Sarah! I remember how scary it was, on the first day back.

Pam, I thought you had a job all lined up. I'm so far behind on things. I'm sorry. I hope this works out. Getting yourself settled in a job and getting your young children settled in a good day care have got to be two of the most stressful things to have to go through. At least, they were for me.

I'll be sending lots of positive vibes to your dd. She has made such a turn around. You must be very proud of her. It's so hard at that age to see all that you've accomplished...much easier to see the mistakes you've made. But it sounds like she's moving forward like a trooper. Hope school goes well for her...even history. My daughter hated history! Never could understand why anyone would want to learn about a bunch of dead people. The fact that history is a colorful tapestry of all that has made us what we are today was completely lost on her. Oh well.

Good luck to you both...job, condo, school...got all fingers crossed (which is making it really hard to type!)

Kat
