Best Multivitamin???

I am seeking the best multi-vitamin for me.

I am 45 years young!

I had a hysterectomy in 2001 and I have hypothyroidism. I take medications for both. I am currently dieting and I think my only health issue that really bothers me is my memory. It's just not what it used to be and I need to be able to improve it!

I just want to find the best multi out there. I also would like to take some herbs like Q-10 and gingko biloba

Any advice?

Thanks

Laurie

When I diet I always take a Centrum since that is what my docs recommended when I was in a medical diet program (and I can get them at Sam's and I'm always watching my weight). Plus some kind of calcium for your bones.

Hi Laurie

Welcome to our board. I take centrium as well because it is recommended by my Dr. Take the silver version because I am 57 years old. Memory problems seem to happen as we age and I would talk to my Dr about what he thinks you can do. I try to remember names by associations with certain things I notice about a person. Writing things down also helps if you can find where you put the paper you wrote it down on. LOL
