Correct Bra Size

I have always had the hardest times finding the correct bra to fit and every time I go into the lingerie department of a store there's never anyone there who can do the fitting for me. I know I've read in various places on how to correctly measure yourself, but now I can't remember how to do it. I know that you measure yourself around, under the breasts and that gives you the inches, right? And then you measure around the breasts and that gives the cup size, right? Something about how many more/less inches that is than the first measurement is your cup size. Does anyone know how to correctly do this? I would really like to find a good fitting bra. The ones I get always end up being too small or too big.

Nordstrom is THE best place to go get measured correctly, but their website explains it pretty well, too.

HI Nancy
I actually made an appointment when I saw an add saying one of the department stores here was having someone there to help women find the correct size bra. I sorry I don't know how to tell when you measure yourself. Hopefully some of our ladies that visit our board will know and can help you.
Finding a bra that really fits well is so important.
