For 50 years, AARP has been a leader in positive change, and now you can help us continue that tradition. As the 2008 elections heat up, analysts, pollsters and the media are more focused than ever on the women's perspective, particularly on issues like healthcare and economic security. Women will have an even greater say in this election, which is why AARP & iVillage are joining forces and invite you to be a part of this landmark forum designed to take the pulse of women on key issues facing America today.
The special two-hour 'How She Will Decide' forum, moderated by KCET anchor Val Zavala, will include a diverse focus group of hundreds of women who will be equipped to provide real-time feedback as issues, questions and solutions are discussed. Participants will interact with nationally recognized panelists including Ron Brownstein, political columnist for the Los Angeles Times and National Journal; Frank Luntz, political consultant and author of Words That Work; and Nancy Leamond, AARP Group Executive Office for Social Impact and Director of the Divided We Fail initiative.
