Well, yesterday most of the day was waiting but it finally happened. I had my surgery. I had a little anasthetic to keep me comfy but was awake while they threaded the wires from my skull to my hip. Then they put me under and implanted the stimulator in my hip. It is a constant tingling in my head, (I can turn it off if I want), but for the most I will leave it on. I was told that I will not notice a difference right away, that where the insisions are will be sore. Boy am I sore, even hurt a lot. I do feel a little better today than last night but I am resting for a couple of days before I go back to work Thursday and Friday this week. I am not to move my head a lot or bend from my waist till the wires get stable. They are just inside of my skin and need scar tissue to ground them. Also the bandages are keeping me from moving freely. BUT I AM ALIVE AND KICKING!!!
Thank you for all your prayers that everything goes well. It is yet to be decided if this all will help. Better go lay down for a while. Love and

Hi Sooze, thank you for your good thoughts for me. This has been quite an experiance
So you think I am bionic now, lol. I love it. Thank you for your prayers. They kept me comfortable the whole time so it wasn't bad. The pain is worse after while it is healing. I didn't heed to y'all's advice to not go to work today and am going tomorrow too. It wasn't bad but I do things diferently for a while. The tingling sinsation can be moved up or down in strength so I have it at a comfy spot and I think it is working. Love and
