Decided to make some fresh pasta using mil's pasta machine...well...I have PASTA running out of my kitchen!  Had no idea one small recipe would make this much pasta!! LOL!

It was easy to make and rather relaxing...putting those sheets of pasta dough through the little presses and then watching it cut the dough into long threads of fresh pasta...

But I had NO idea it would make this much PASTA!  At least it is super cheap to make....

Guess I'd better get busy and make some ..or a LOT, of meatballs!

Shhh, don't let my kids hear you made homemades or they'll scream for me to do the same:) My problem is when I make it I must stand guard over the drying pasta or they will eat it all before I cook it! Fresh pasta's the best espically the cooking time. put it in, stir it, take it out:)

Is your machine the new fangled electric version or the crank like mine? When my kids were small they liked to help me crank. Unfortunately they'd stop often and the strands wound up with kinks but they had fun:) Hmmm, now you got me thinking. Should I make some homemades this Sunday? Thanks Char:)
