Update on Dgs

Dd called this afternoon Jacob had started wheezing badly again so she called the Dr and they said to bring him in to the office today. They did a chest x-ray and that was clear. The Dr decided to give him three days of steriods and see if they can get this settled down enough to begin to see what the problem is.  Hoping this will help get him breathing better. So instead of seeing him this thursday will wait until a week from thursday hoping by then he is doing much better.

So keeping my fingers crossed this will help my sweet little boy. Sure wish grandma lived closer right now but I know his Mommy is taking really good care of him.

Yep, and no matter how you cut it, liquid or pills, they are the nastiest tasting thing on earth!

Poor sweetie, I know how worried you are Mare. Being far away makes us feel so helpless. Hopefully the doctors will get this problem diagnosed and remedied very soon. How old is Jacob now?

My two oldest dgs-es had asthma when they were little guys and they outgrew it. My ddil took also them off dairy products, which seem to induce lots of symptoms.

HI Dutch

Seems they do give them to babies. They do seem to help him the most. Dd is a good Mom just a bit frazzled right now trying to figure out what is going on with her little boy.

Love

HI Cappy

Jacob will be 15 months old in about a week and a half. So far they are not doing much but trying to get him to feeling better so they can run more test and figure out what is going on with the little guy.
