at the checkout at the supermarket I got what looked like a coupon..it said "Inspired by the Tastes of Tuscany"

"Look for the three NEW entrees'

"All three feature LONG GRAIN RICE"

sounds good, doesn't it?....................................it was for CAT FOOD!!!

Will my cat be impressed??!! LOL...I think not...does it come in MOUSE flavor?

Just makes me shake my head..what a crazy world...

other than that:

we dodged more snow, got LOTS of rain and wind....our snow banks have shrunk a lot

we went to see "Vantage Point"..what an exciting movie!..(supposed to take place in Salamanca, Spain....I have been there..but it was filmed in Cuernavaca, Mexico...I was there too!)

Subbed one day last week, had dgds here one day, finished this series of classes of "Span for Educators"..new one starts next month...shopped yesterday with dd, then we came back here for lunch

went out with my ladies group Fri night.."Pink Ladies"...many are teachers from my school..both current and retired....also parents..friends of Pinks...former students..nice...we raised some $$$ for a family in need

very sad...one member is battling cancer..just had 2nd surgery, doing chemo..has 3 kids..2 in college (I had them in class) ..husband lost his job...many people are helping

well, who knows what this week will bring..I do plan to make Irish soda breads

whew..the wind is really whistling here!!

hugs

HI Dutch

Are you sure you don't want to get some of that and see if your cat doesn't just love it?? LOL Amazing what they come up with.

You have been one busy lady as always. Want to see Vantage point but haven't gotten out to the theater lately.

Well Rain is better than snow I guess. Been windy here the last week but as always we have lots of sunshine.

Sorry to hear about your friend from your Pink ladies group I am so glad they are getting some help I am sure they need it.

Have a good Sunday!!

Love ya
