Why does it take so long to get back on your feet after having the stomach crud. I had to call in sick Thursday and took Friday to get back on my feet so I took it easy then too. Sorry Mom for making you have to cancel your dr appt. At least it was one you could postpone. This morning I thought I was raring to go so we went out for breakfast and had grocery shopping to do. Well, we got the out to eat done ok but I begged off on the shopping, too tired still. I hate this.
Bill was a dear and went for the groceries for me and surprised me with a beautiful Easter lily. At first I thought (NOT), that he was expecting me to kick the bucket but then took it for what it was, a beautiful gift, lol. Why is it that it is taking so long to get over a one day illness? I am like a caged lion, pacing back and forth.
All my incisions are well into healing but I am still being careful how I move for a while yet. The tingling in my head has become second nature and I can leave the stimulation on most of the time. When I lye around a lot, there is a point at the back of my neck where the wires separate to opposite sides of my head that hurts. Of course I have been doing a lot of lying around lately. I still don't know if I am in the group that is getting the real thing or the one that is getting just the tingling. Either way, my headaches have become even less severe and not as many. I'll be darned why this 60 yr old body is working like it is. I keep telling myself that I am not as old as my 90 year old mom, bless her heart.
AND IT IS ALREADY ALMOST EASTER!!! I'm sure glad it isn't here. I begged off in taking something to eat, there are plenty of others who can. This year I am not spending it in the kitchen. My oldest son and family are actually planning on being there, what a surprise. No, really, it is a surprise. They never go to big family get togethers. I still need to do some gift shopping for the grands, This will be twice in one year that we see them all together, yeaaaaaaa. Love and

HI Free
Sorry to hear you have had the crud that has been going around. Takes a couple of days to get over it from what I have heard from those that have had it. So hey quit being so hard on yourself and give your body time to get back in sync.
I am so glad the headaches are less that is definately good news. How sweet of your dh to bring you a lily. He is such a good guy!!
Easter will soon be here. I will send cards to the grandkids as they seem to get enough Easter candy and things from the grandparents that live close to them.
Hope you get to feeling back to yourself soon.
Love ya
Free, feel better soon; lots of icky stuff
going around.
Easter, they said this is one of the earliest
Easter Sundays ever and we won't see it this
early again for another 80 years.
I prefer it in April myself.
Wishing you continued success with that program!
