Aloha Ladies! Yup it's your hula girl checking in... thought I got lost ha? ha ha ha!

The Rats know how 2 use  the doggie door

Yup I woke up this morning and  went to the kitchen cabinet to get myself  some Cheerios and  out pops this mouse and a couple of  it’s hung over fat rat buddies. One escape via the hole in the cabinet and the other two hopped through the doggie door. I stood there in shock not because I have mice having fun at my expense in my beautiful  new and improved remodeled kitchen…. Instead I was shocked because I was totally amazed that Rats have evolved without my knowledge or consent to the point that they know how to use a doggie door to come in and out of my house whenever they want.  Duh Whatz up with that?

You know girls I told you all when we had those fires ragging out of control just beyond my backyard fence that I knew those wild animals escaping that inferno would have no other place to go then into my neighborhood. Okay that’s cool but now they are crossing the line… first I had that run in with those  bob cats out back and now I have to deal with a couple smart Rats who know how to use "Pele's" and  "Chain Saw's" (my two fur babies) DOGGIE DOOR in the kitchen! Errrrr….. Have any of you ever seen rats use your doggie door to come in and out of your house?

I know after reading that …. you  might think that maybe I should lay off the mind altering drugs because how in the world can rats be so smart as to know how to use a doggie door… ha?  I wish I could girls... but I can't... You see....

Since the last time I have posted I have had three transplant surgeries and now working on my fourth. The transplanted tissue first got infected and had to be sliced opened and drained .... Then my body rejected the transplanted tissue completely by not healing  so I went through my third surgery to remove it about 10 days ago. To say I am in pain these days would be an understatement but I am hanging in there ... barely! errrr... Tuesday I go in to get the stitches out and then some time after that I go in for another tissue transplant. We are hoping that this time my body will not reject the transplanted tissue.

I know girls that I am always bragging about my Sweet William but this time girls he took loving me to a whole new level. Get this…  He is going to go to the doctors with me next week and asked the doc if  he  can take tissue from his body and transplant it on to mine so I won’t have to go through so much pain during the next tissue transplant. Now isn’t that the sweetest thing you have ever heard me say about William? He wants to share the pain? How sweet is that?

Okay well I just thought I would check in and let you all know what is going on in my world and that I am  trying my best to get along with the homeless animals… ha ha ha!...  homeless wild animals… I love it…

Take care all… talk to you soon… it might be a while before I get back here because I am not a happy camper these days so I am not into talking much these days â€¦. but I promise that I will check back with you ladies some time in the near future. Miss you girls… hope life is treating you all well!

Rats are actually really smart. Their mind processes work a lot like ours (We've all met guys who were rats, right? Now we know there's a basis for that...lol!) which is why they use them for a lot of lab experiments. They have other things in common too...they'll be happy to hang around as long as you provide them with food and you can be sure they won't put the toilet seat down!

I'm sorry you're having such a rough time. That is pretty special of William. You two really lucked out with each other.

Take care ofyourself. I hope you're feeling better soon, HG.
