I just scheduled all of my neccesary appointments, since my birthday month is here.  Bone density tomorrow, mammogram friday and the gynocologist for my PAP and check-up next wednesday....I am such a good girl....LOL.  YES...I was able to get appointments that soon, pretty cool huh?   So, are you all good about your yearly check-ups?

Good for you Gabby. Proud of you for doing what you need to.

As for me, so sick of Dr's can't begin to tell you. Avoid if at all possible.

Red, that laying face down on the table isn't all you may think. Had that done and VERY uncomfortable.

i havent had a change in mine in a very very long time.just seems a waste of time to do it every year.unless you DO have breast issues.

Just call me OJ....I'm freshly squeezed! Just came back from my mammo. This place is much better than the last. Their machinery is much more accommodating than the one I experienced last time. It even has a dense foam pad on the lower plate which goes underneath. It wraps around to the underneath so no sharp edges either.

Maybe this is standard now, but I had been avoiding mammos for 3+ yrs! Naughty, naughty.

Next year I will not dread it.

Absolutely! I got all my check ups earlier this year except for the Dentist and I'm heading there next month. :)

Don't talk to me about DRs appointments! Okay, so I missed a few, years, but I didn't want to catch up with all of them in just a few months.

Let's see, I have a new DR. I have had a physical. The vampires sucked and dissected my blood. The mammo is in July. The BP is high, on meds, the gallbladder has stones, seeing surgeon tomorrow.

I don't want to see any more DRS

Come and join the conversations on:
