New answers for my pain...
35
Sun, 08-10-2008 - 9:22pm
As most of you know...I have been having terrible abdominal pains past 3 weeks...  had X-rays and external and internal Ultrasound the other day.   The pain got no better after my cleansing.... was really hoping that was all it was, but no.  My pain has gotten so bad over the weekend I could barely walk, but I finally got some answers when the doctor called me while I was on our trip ....  I need surgery for a tennis sized fibroid tumor on my uterus....fun!  At least I know what is causing this pain.  I will be asking for a complete hysterectomy!! Will know more tomorrow....

Oh Gabby, so sorry you are having to deal with this pain. I read MC's post and she is right, I had my hysterectomy when I was 30 and the feeling of freedom was great afterwards. No pain, no periods, freedom. My prayers are for you and sending angels to watch over you. Love and

The strange thing is that usually fibroids don't develop after menopause. I haven't had a period in 10 years!
