On my 58 birthday I totaled my jet ski

For my 58th birthday last week William took me to the Colorado River to go Jet Skiing. That was the good part...

The bad part is that I totaled our big 3 seater jet ski. Yup folks I took my eyes off the water for a second to check my speed on the speedometer gage mounted on the jet ski and then poof.... One minute I was going 60 mph on the water trying to catch up with William... who was  way ahead of me on his jet ski... and in a split second my ski stopped dead in it’s tracks. It felt like I hit an invisible wall at 60 mph and boy did that hurt when I hit the rocks.

The jet ski threw me around like a rag doll. I hit the hood of the ski then all of a sudden my legs were flopping around above my head and I was being thrown backwards.  All I could do was cry because my body hurt so bad when I hit the rocks. The ski was sinking fast when my hero William came to my rescue. We manage to get the jet ski to shore but it was totaled and beyond repair. (To repair the ski would be more then what the ski is worth so we have to trash it). errrr...

I really loved that jet ski because it could go 70 mph... Yup that is a 7 and an O crazy ha that they make a jet ski go that fast. It went faster then most boats on the River. Well it is even crazier that at my age I am ridding it that fast. I don’t know if I am ever going to ride another jet ski again... I am that shook up. People that saw the ski at the river could not believe I survived the crash and that the ski did not blow up because where I hit the rocks with the ski that is where the gas tank is on the sucker. So I guess God gave me a birthday present by allowing me to be alive after that horrific crash and walk away from it with just a few bruises.

I cried all the home after I totaled the ski but my bad luck was just starting. When I got home we went to the Doctors because I had this huge ugly yellow pus filled bump on my body  and it was growing fast.  Well guess what folks... There is a 99% chance I have another MRSA infection in the same exact spot the last MRSA infection started which threw me in the hospital fighting for my life for 3 weeks. Errr... The doctor took a biopsy of the infected area and put me on two different antibiotics that are not working because it is still growing. Tomorrow the test results come back to see if it another painful MRSA infection or just a simple bacterial infection. So keep your fingers crossed everyone that it is not another MRSA infection...  because I don’t think I could survive another stay at Hotel Hell aka Hospital.

Last but not lease .... my 5th mouth surgery is scheduled for next week October 17th but that surgery is going to be postponed if this is a MRSA infection kicking back in my body. It looks and feels like a painful MRSA infection but who knows?

Well that is an update on me now how is life treating all of you?

The Bactrim is a sulphur drug, so even if it was MRSA, it should get rid of it.

Auwe, Lei, so sorry you had that happen to you!
I know that in the future you will slow down just a teensy
bit, or as we say in Hawaii "small kine slow down" lol.

Glad you don't have MRSA too!

Hugs,
