Eyes twitching

Ok, I have an annoying problem. Wondering if any of you have any experience with this. About 7 weeks ago, my right eye started twitching and it has not stopped yet. Not constantly, but it does not stop for any length of time. Near constantly, I guess. Now the other one has begun twitching today.

This is driving me nuts. That acupuncture guy told me I may be low in potassium. So I bought multivitamins and began taking them. Now today the second eye started.

Any suggestions?

Hi Red

Sending some magic dust because I have no idea why your eyes would be doing that. I bet it does drive you nuts. Have you tried eye drops? Have no idea if that would help but might not hurt. If it continues I would see my Dr girlfriend.

Hope someone here has a better idea for you.

Love ya

Well, usually it means you are not getting enough sleep, could that be it in your case?

No, they haven't stopped completely, but they have slowed down some in frequency. I have been taking some new vitamins with extra B-complex. Have been trying to take more breaks, both for my eyes and for my sanity. I'm really bad about taking breaks. I have to set myself up reminders that interrupt what I'm doing.

Went to the eye dr. last week and am getting progressive lenses, too. She thinks the twitching will stop after I wear them for a week or so.

Hope so. Feel like a freak.
