HAPPY 2009 TO ALL!!

Okay, finally coming up for air here to post.
Greg and I wish everyone a happy, healthy and funfilled
2009. 2008 had its moments, but overall it was a very
good year for our family.

We have been so busy with all the kids and grandkids,
and now we are preparing for our family New Year's Eve party
and fireworks blast, a statewide tradition in Hawaii.
Blast out the old, and bring in the new!
At the same time, preparing for daughter no. 2's surprise baby
shower on Sat. the 3rd, as she is finally going to have
a boy in a few weeks.

What is everyone else doing for New Year's? Anyway, you all
have a good one!

Hugs,

~*~ Aloha to all .... ~*~

A quiet dinner here at home for us this year.

2008 has been the year of constant dealing with my mom....I hope 2009 won't be so intense...but who knows!

Its a blank slate for us all!!

Hi Cindy

Sounds like a great way to bring in the new year. We are going over to the casino with bil and sil this year. Should be a fun time.

Congrats to your Dd on the upcoming birth of her little boy. Have a very Happy New Year!!!

I've already had my fun for the day. Now, I'm just resting, taking it easy. The doc said no cooking, today, so we'll either have something simple that dh can make, or go out to the local family restaurant. Then he and I can try to stay up until midnight.

I hope you have a wonderful New Year's Eve and a super 2009!

I will never forget those New Years fireworks when we lived in Honolulu. The air was just foggy with smoke and red firecracker paper filled all the streets.

I love New Year's Fireworks also, but this year we didn't do any, we had too much wind here.
