are the three top things you can use for bragging rights?  You know things people say about there.

They do not have to be anything famous either... mine aren't as you will see when you read them...

1) wonderful hiking (walking) trails

2) Our fresh clean tasty water   ...have to say this as Cindy reminded me of it in her post

3) when people come to visit they say they have never had such a good nights sleep... something about the air... (now I must be breathing the  left over air as I don't get that sleep but visitors sure do)

Good one Lor

1. People come here mostly in the fall, winter and early spring. Too hot in the summer. So lots of sunshine.

2. Golf courses there are so many here.

3 Lots of outdoor fun, hiking, bike riding, Az goes from desert to mountains. Here we have several mountains to hike up.

1. We are the birthplace of U-Haul! LOL, seriously.

2. We have a wonderful wildlife refuge for birdwatching including an eagle viewing trail and a new replica Chinookan plankhouse on the grounds where Lewis & Clark camped with them.

3. It has small-town charm and very friendly people, and a view of Mt. St. Helens.

My community:

1. Excellent schools

2. An excellent small college (Maryville College) and a general emphasis on visual and performing arts with lots of opportunity for community participation.

3. Proximity to the Great Smoky Mountains and the University of Tennessee

Hugs,

Sooze

I actually saw an article a few years ago about that being the U-haul birthplace! Was interesting, as it started as a family business.

Yep, and now both my DD and her DH are managers at two different U-Haul centers. Weird, huh?
