are the three top things you can use for bragging rights? You know things people say about there.
They do not have to be anything famous either... mine aren't as you will see when you read them...
1) wonderful hiking (walking) trails
2) Our fresh clean tasty water ...have to say this as Cindy reminded me of it in her post
3) when people come to visit they say they have never had such a good nights sleep... something about the air... (now I must be breathing the left over air as I don't get that sleep but visitors sure do)

Wow that is weird!
If you came to San Francisco...oh, dear, three things
Traditional tourist "stuff" - I guess
Hi Sue
I would love to see SF someday it is on my list of preferred places to see someday soon. I think I will skip the money is no object stuff though. LOL
HUGS
My small town has
1) a great school system
2) 2 great colleges
3) some of the nicest people you'd ever want to meet.
I have been to San Francisco
I
I think we should all be a tourist in our own home town.... at least once.
I so agree. Being a teacher, I have always had summers off, and when my kids were young I made a game out of doing a bunch of the touristy stuff (on the cheap, of course)and they just loved it. Things like climbing the Filbert St. Steps (about 200 steps in the North Beach neighborhood that take you from street level up a steep hill to Coit Tower and a fabulous view from the top and some famous WPA murals which feature San Francisco scenes but with bizarre surreal stuff thrown in like alligators climbing out of sewers on the walls. Then back down the steps and a walk to a famous little hole-in-the-wall bakery which sells nothing but fougasse (foo-got-za), a slab of homemade bread spread with awesome marinara sauce and sprinkled with green onions which is totally and absolutely addicting. We ate the fougasse in Washington Square Park and watched a lot of elderly Asians doing Tai Chi. When we were through eating, we walked over to the Church of St. Peter and Paul, where Marilyn Monroe and Joe DiMaggio had wedding pictures taken...and then back to the car and home. One summer I bought a little deck of 52 cards called 52 free, fun things to do in SF and I would let Siobhan or John draw a card and then that's what we would do for the day. If you ever get back to SF, I do seriously make a great tour guide.
Sue
1. Our county has the most waterfront (ocean, inlets)
&n
We have the largest urban park in the world. The Tow Path I mention is part of the Fairmount Park System which includes a large 6 thousand acre bridle path, biking and hiling trails then branches out into communties to include individual neighborhood parks and playgrounds.
Beside the historical and natural attractions we have cheesesteaks, soft pretzels and FINALLY a winning baseball team:)
