This article was on ivillage a couple days ago. The ten best things you should have in you fridge.


          Berries, blueberries, rasberries and blackberries.


          walnuts


         Green Tea Brewed yourself not the bottled storebought kind.


         Plain Yogurt, and fresh fruit or berries to it. Will really help with digestion.


         Milk, Lowfat


         Kale, High in vitamins and antioxidants


         Dark Chocolate


         Broccoli, Good for many things


         Cooked tomato's, homemade spagetti sauce , ketchup, any type of cooked tomato.


      All these are good for skin, hair , and health.

I agree Kathie but this came from ivillage on Mon. when I clicked on the home page. So I wrote it down. Of course there were better explanations as to why but the main idea was a little of each every day is good for skin, hair, eyes, and all those wonderful problems we get inside as we age

I woudl have to say though if someone is suffering with arthrits then they might want to keep away from the tomatoesor any other night shade

Thank you Kathie I didn't tomatos aggravated arthritis. No wonder my Dh's hand bother him so much. We have pasta at least 2 times a week. His hands have been swelling off and on the past few months. Guess I have to change eating habits. Pasta is such a cheap meal as we're trying to eat right and keep our budget down wherever we can. I'll do some digging online to find good meals for arthritis if there is such a thing.
