Productive day I had!

Yesterday we went to town and filled the car up to the top  of the trunk and the back seat with plants,  we have had some nce weather and I thought we shoudl take full advantage oif it and get our gardens started.

Today I went out early and spent the whole day planting my flowers and veggies.  I still need a bit more but there was no more room to get all we needed.  Anyhow I  did manage to get all that we bought planted and  now I am sore!  I managed to  get a bit of a sunburn on my arms, I forgot to sunscreen them up.  I did my face but for some reason I forgot to do the arms.

I am happy that is all done with now, I  love seeing the plants grow... and it has a good feeling when you see all growing nicely!

Now to rest up,  I will havge to  weed the rest of the gardens tomorrow.

Hope you all had a good weekend as well!

Hugs,

I have one garden bed that goes all the way around the house, and one corner that is fairly large and a round one that is large.

Me to Lor aches and pains from garden duties. I put plastic in between the rows to help with weeds but just in case there's a frost I can quickly pull the plastic over the plants. We never know this time of the year. I try to prepare for anything Lol.

Glad you got some nice weather. Many of us are just waiting for many warm days as I'm sure you are to. We had a week but now cold and rainy again. Oh well we did need the rain.

Something I learned a long time ago to do is place buckets of water out in around where the new plants are until there is no loonger any danger of frost... the water buckets attract the frost away fromt heplants.
