I am really struggling. I am 55 and have been able to keep a desirable weight until about the last year. I work out five days a week, two days in a boot camp class and one day in a body pump class, the other two days I run on the treadmill, usually about 2 miles. I eat about 1500-1600 calories a day and my weight has steadily climbed the last year. I am up about 10-15 lbs. YUK...and HELP!!
