I saw that where he wants to go back to be with Aruban officials before giving out further information and wondered if something could be going on there.

he is a pyschopath...it is better he be locked up in Peru than be loose anywhere
I know he wants to "trade" info on Natalie in order to get out of Peru
He is not to be trusted...
sorry another young woman lost her life because of him..
tell him either we don't care anymore where Natalie is, or either tell us or its the death penalty (but I don't think they have it)
we may never know what happened to Natalie
but we do know he is too dangerous to be free
