What is Basil temperature (am I even getting the word right?) and how do you find it out?

Is is possible to get pregnant on the patch even when you use it correctly?

What does it feel like to "feel pregnant"?

Basil body temperature is pretty much just your temperature. You can go to Wal-Mart or a pharmacy and get a digital thermometer that is specific for TTC. You just chart your temps from first thing in the morning (before you stand up, go pee, or drink anything) and different points in your cycle will cause your temp to go up or down. You can find charting tools on the internet.

I am not sure how effective the patch is, but assuming it is as accurate as the BCP it would be 98-99% effective when used according the instructions.

I have heard all sorts of accounts where women just KNOW they are pregnant even before their period or before a test is positive. I personally still do not really feel pregnant and I am 19 weeks along, I have heard the heartbeat 3 times at the doctors office but it still doesn't seem real to me. When my period was due I was cramping really bad and I felt like I was going to start any day. After AF was late my breasts became unusually tender and hard, I felt really tired (it didn't help that I had to get up to pee at all times of then night) and depressed. My sister was so convinced (even though I told her I was not pregnant) that she brought a test home for me to take, needless to say it came up positive 2 weeks after my period was due. I was lucky enough not to experience morning sickness but not all women are so fortunate. I hope I have answered all your questions and Good Luck
