Hi Aimee,

You have responded to my posts many times and I have been reading yours for quite some time. Then all of a sudden you were PG! Thanks for responding to my posts and Congrats! If you have the time I would like to know about you journey to Pregnancy. My sisters have all gone through it a few times. I kinda want a outsiders story. Like how long have you and your hubby been married before you decided to start and is this going to be baby 1? We have been married for almost 2 years this december and I can't wait. This is the week for us to try again. I have a romantic evening planned to spice things up and take off stress. You did say every other day was ok when waiting for EWCM right? Mine is clear and stretchy right now. Think EWCM is coming tomorrow or next day. Can I concieve on any of those days? Hope to hear from you soon. Oh how far along are you and can you feel anything yet? Tell me what you can!

Hi Alexis!

We are so excited to be pg. This will be #2. DD, Madeleine just turned 3 in June. :-) We were married 2.5 years when she was born, but tried to conceive her for over a year. We wanted our children 4 years apart in school so we decided to start trying this summer. We actually started TTC in March. At first I just had the mentality that it would happen when it happened and not really *try*. Then I logged on to this board and learned sooooo much more about my body and my cycle. (probably more than I needed to) Ha!Ha! But I am so grateful for this board. The first month I didn't do anything, but use my body's signs of when I thought I would O. We missed O altogether that month I think. The second month I went out and bought a BBT thermometer. I was faithful in using it, too. I got pretty obsessed with BD'ing and I think we BD'd every night. I didn't want to *miss it* LOL!! The third month I checked out TCOYF from my local library and pretty much memorized it. I learned to check my CM and the fourth month I decided that I had all of this information and my body gives me clear signals of when I O so I was going to use that to determine when the right time to BD was. I used an OPK to see if I was on target (a friend of mine had given me a box of them~I would've never purchased them on my own) :-) I'm too cheap!! LOL! That month, (which was June) I didn't take my temp or really check my CM. I thought, from past experiences that I would get too caught up with BD'ing at the right time and stress over it. I never told DH when I was ovulating so he wouldn't be under pressure. :-) I started my period on June 4. We BD'd on the 12, 14, 16, 19 & 20. I O'd on the 21st which was cd24. I knew in 14 days AF would show and if she didn't show by Jul. 8th that I could test on the 9th. On July 4th I had some nausea and on the 5th I couldn't really eat. Everything made me sick. On the 7th I noticed bb's were tingly and I felt like I had butterflies in my stomach (a nervous feeling) and some twitching. I also had indegestion. On the 8th I checked my CM to *see* if AF was on her way. There was no sign of her. I had some cramps, but not severe. I have endometriosis so cramps get pretty vicious with AF. The next day I peed in a cup with FMU and saved it while I ran to Target to get a test. I came back and took the test and within seconds it was BFP!!

Waiting every other day is sooooo hard when you see that EWCM. It took me all I had to hold back, but the past few months I wore myself out trying to BD every night. LOL! If you have the clear, stretchy stuff go ahead and BD. It is your time. Every night should be fine. If it doesn't happen this month...try every other night. When you see EWCM this is your most fertile CM and *the* time to conceive. You will actually O after seeing this (atleast I do)

We will be married 6 years on December 20. :-) I am 8weeks 3days today. I can't feel anything, yet. Just nauseated and have lots of headaches. It will get better in the second trimester. My first appt is on Aug. 19. We will get to see the heartbeat then and I think I will feel reassured. I feel fine and have great pregnancies ~ there is no reason for me to worry.

Have fun with the candlelight tonight!! I am keeping my fingers crossed for you!!

Sprinkling baby dust your way!!! ~*+~*+~*+~*+~*+~*+~*+~*+~*+
