Most insurance companies won't cover you if you are already pregnant.
If you live in a state (assuming your from the US) that has a need-based program for healthcare, you may be eligible for it. In Illinois, they have a Medicard system that is based on house-hold income.
Some states also require health insurance companies to cover some pre-existing conditions including pregnancy.
Some churches also are willing to help out with the medical needs of its parishoners or others in the community. I know my own church did a lot to help out a teen in our outreach program. We held a baby shower for her and donated nursery equipment, to help lighten her budget a bit. She actually started attending an abstinence program afterwards. It was great.
I know how you feel. I am twenty-one, just got married, and might be pregnant. My husband is covered through a campus program, but I'm not. I haven't been able to afford health insurance for four years, but wasn't eligible for a medical card because I still lived with my dad and he made too much money.
Anyway, I'll keep checking around and let you know what I find out. You might try at your county's health department first.
God Bless and Good Luck!

1.Anyways ask if the have a Birth To three program. It's new and serves pregnant women and babies. Their program will be able to give you information on WIC, Kidconnect, and other medical insurance options.
2.If your community does not have a birth to three program contact the Head Start program should be able to give you the same information.
3.If they cannot, then contact Community Action Agency in your area and they should be able to direct you.
Good luck! There are several programs designed for pregnant women. It just seems to take a few phone calls to find them. Hopefully you can find a Birth to Three program because they are wonderful!
