has anyone else here ever tried the saliva ovualtion test to see when you were ovulating? this cycle i used it beginning sept. 24 and got a positive result ( which is suppose to mean ovulation in 2 - 4 days. ) well i have kept doing it to make sure it was positive and still today 8 dpo, i am getting positive results, ( transitional really, which also mean possible fertility not as good as a positive like the 24th. ) the test detects a rise in estrogen levels in your salivia which indicates ovulation approaching so what could these still positive ( estrogen levels up mean )? i read that your estrogen levels rise during pregnancy ( right ) so could this be a good sign? ( never before have i had positive results for this long, just the 2 - 4 days that it says you are suppose to see them. ) help please any and all advice welcome.

Yes I have been using a saliva ov test called 'maybe baby'. I am also getting mainly the clear transitional ferns. We were trying each day until it went. I also continued and relaised I ov twice in the last month. I am now day 41 of my cycle and have done 4 x hpt and all are NEG! I am going to wait a bit. The saliva ov test is the best so far I have used and much cheaper than those urine ones. I am although getting cramping like a period and now feel like it is on its way and I am just extremely late! But then again I have been feeling this way for nearly a week! Yikes.

I hope it all works out for you. Much luck! Let us know how you go!
