its hard to say. try to figure out when you may have ovulated and if you had sex around that time. implantation can take about 7-10 days after fertilization. so if it has been around that time frame when the pain started then it could be a possibility.
I also had an unusual abdominal pain... I don't know when I "o"'ed I've just today started charting temps. But just two days ago (I'm at day 22 now- so I would have had to already "o"'ed) just after BD with my DH, I had cramps. They did not last long, but it was so sudden- just after we finished I started cramping. And before it was probably around 27th or so that we last did the BD. (In the past I have never -or rarly- felt "o" pain or implantation pain.) I suppose it's possible that it was implantation, but I had written off this month as being a possibility because the holidays threw a wrench in our BD. Just not sure. I even took a OPK on the 29th (which would have been my day 14) and it came out negative. Yesterday for giggles I also took a OPK & and HPT (okay maybe I'm addicted to p-on a stick) Both negative (but then again it was not 1st morning for HPT.) So, I'm probably just going to wait it out... I hate that waiting part. Any opinions or advice would always be helpful! LoonyAlana
You're not alone in the unusual cramping department........I posted a few weeks ago about pain/spotting after BDing, and the girls here told me that it could either be an infection that caused the pain and spotting, or my cervix could've been soft from ovulation, and therefore I could be pg. (I O'd the day before our last BDing, so fingers are crossed). I'm not due for AF til the 11th and for the past week I've been having pretty good pains in my lower abdomen also. Also a constantly-recovering POAS addict myself, the waiting sux I must say! lol I haven't tested with anything yet, only because I'm trying to tell myself it's best to wait. Although the Dollar Store has been taunting me! lol :) Like the PP said, it's hard to say exactly. Obviously there's ALWAYS a chance of pg anytime you have unprotected BD'ing, but that really doesn't help those of us who just HAVE to know YESTERDAY! hehe
Sorry I couldn't be of any help, but I just wanted you to know that you're def not alone in this wonderful waiting period! :) When's AF due? Any other symptoms besides the pains? Keep us posted on your progress/news.
Well I'm not 100% sure when to expect AF. Usually I am 28 days like clockwork, but in Oct & Nov my cycle shortened to 25 days. Then Dec it was 29 days. But then I'm a walking basketcase... I have to take Parodel for reasons other than fertility (twice a day.) So my DH & I decided to not use bc & see what happens. Well, I kinda feel like my body is running out of time to have a full-term pregnancy. (I am in the beginning stages of osteopenia (leads to osteoperosis) and I have high blood pressure. During my 7 yr-old ds's pregnancy I had pre-ecylampsia... and to top off everything... I quit smoking Jan 2nd. I know it was bad- and I've stopped. But, it is not easy. So... anyhow back to AF possible dates... it would be 28 days for me on 12th. But I really did not think me and DH did the bd enough. I've officially started charting my temps too. I guess I'm not willing to wait like my DH... I never thought I'd be one to poas whenever I have a plausible excuse. Took one $ store test this AM. BFN. Anyhow, lots of baby dust your way... lemme know how it goes. Always nice to have someone going thru similar things to talk to! LoonyAlana
I am almost four months pregnant, i have never had high blod pressure in the past. However i recently went for a blood test and i have been called back for a glucose tolerance test as random blood sugar was high. I am very worried as to what this could mean. I have read about diabetes and pregnancy and complication associated with this, could you please advise me.
Any opinions or advice would always be helpful!
