Pregnant after 2001 tubal?

Hello ladies,
After the birth of my daughter in 2001, I had a tubal performed. I forget the technical name of the procedure, but the tubes were cauterized, and the procedure was post-cesarean.
I had a period that started around the last full week of April (22-23 ish) (I don't really keep track of this stuff...didn't think I'd need to again!); it was about 2 days short, but otherwise normal. Around the end of April/beginning of May, I woke up with breast "pain"; actually, it feels very much like when you are breastfeeding and the milk 'lets down' ...that burny-tingly feel. They are extremely tender to the touch, and have grown significantly in size (I won't say double...quite...but they've definitely filled out). I have been retaining water, was constipated (though I seem to have corrected that), my face is breaking out, I get nauseous and dizzy, food seems to be tasting REALLY good, and I'm wiped out.
This sounds totally pregnant to me.
I've taken 2 home pg tests, but both were negative. Of course, I haven't missed a period yet and am about 10ish days away from expecting one, so it doesn't surprise me that they would be negative. However...the burning question is...
Is this possible?? Has it happened to anyone? I've done research on it, and there is a failure rate of about 18.5 per 1000. With about 70,000 of these procedures done each year, that means more than 1200 supposedly sterile women find themselves pregnant....and the rate is higher for procedures done post-cesarean (mine was) and as time goes on (been nearly 6 years)...
Any thoughts?
Here's the kicker: if I am pregnant, of course I will be thrilled! How can a baby, a new family member, and a new love be bad? :) But...I have no maternity coverage (didn't anticipate ever needing it again). And to get maternity coverage, there is a waiting period meaning...I'll have to foot the bill for a c-section and the doc visits?? I make too much to qualify for Medicaid or assistance, but I don't make enough to afford paying cash for the delivery! If you have any thoughts on this, that would be great too. I don't want to put the cart before the horse, but I do like to be fully prepared.
Thank you!
Alison
