Patiently waiting for a sign.

So I'm in the insanity boat of waiting and seeing. Here's what's going on with me...

I was on the Ortho Evra Patch for almost 16 to 18 months. Even though my day changed a few times, I would get my period 72 hours after taking off the patch. It would start light for 2 days and than at 3am on the 3rd day, I would wake up to heavy bleeding. So I have been regular for a while now. The problem is, they changed me to the mini-pill (progesterone only), because I have high blood pressure. (Well, borderline) I started my period on January 14th and the new pack of pills. All was normal. I was put on a VERY strong antibiotic for 10 days during this pack. I didn't know it would affect my birth control, because it never was a problem with the patch. My period was suppose to start on Monday 11th. I had to lite day tampons that had very light brown spotting on them. (Now, this isn't uncommon for me, because it usually starts on the first day with pink/dark brown spotting) But the really light spotting was all I got. Tuesday morning I took a HPT and it came back negative. Thursday afternoon was also negative. I have had 2 kids before and got faint positives on day of period. I have been so sick to my stomach. And it comes and goes. It keeps getting worse each day. The other sign, and this may be TMI, is my cervix is extremely low and soft. My mucus is that of a pregnant lady also. Your cervix is suppose to be high and hard before your period.

But my dilemma is, my midwife told me on this new pill, my period could possibly stop altogether. Has anyone had this happen? I'm a heavy, 7 day bleeder. Since the day I got my first period I was like that. And even after having my 2 boys, I always got my period back 4 weeks after birth, even though I was nursing them.

I'm waiting to test again until tomorrow. I read on poas.com that it takes 2 to 4 days after implantation for hcg to be in your urine. So if I did have implantation bleeding that would be it.

Sorry for the rambling. What do you ladies think? Help cure the insanity, because I can't take not knowing!

Thanks,

Cat
