Is it even possible-IUD??

Okay, so here's my story. I have a son that is turning 2 this June. I took birth control pills ever since he was born up until he was 1, which then my doctor suggested to use an IUD since there were so many benefits to it. Anyways, so my last period was in January and I haven't had one since! It abruptly stopped. I had a regular cycle previously, every 28 days, and in sync with close friends (I know that may be weird). So when they got there's, I was a little shocked to know I hadn't gotten mine yet. I figured it was stress or something, but after being three weeks late, I decided to tell DH that I thought there might be a possibility I could be pregnant and need to go to the doctor soon.. I started feeling nauseous and sick for about a week when I was three weeks late, then it slowly went away, but I still have mild cramping and my boobs have started to get sore. So now I'm officially 8 weeks late. I'm planning on taking a test, but I just don't know since I don't want to feel stupid if I'm not and this is normal for people with IUDs. Should I just take a test and find out, or do I need to go to the doctor instead? Any advice would be great, thanks!

You need to test right away, because if you are, you need to be seen right away, there are lots of problems that can go along with having an IUD and being pregnant.

I'm in agreement with Wendy on this one.
