I'm having a quiet moment - DH has left for work and friend is still sleeping. We have had two really great days - but I'm tired. We've walked, talked, eaten, climbed towers, driven, etc. etc. The weather hasn't been great but we haven't let it stop us. We visited Warwick Castle - probably the best medieval castle in England - and we had been there 20 years ago. Well - they have really jazzed the place up! Huge parking lots, tons of people, costumed actors roaming around playing the parts of castle residents. A lot of fun! I just love imagining what life must have been like there in 1470!! Today will be a quieter day - just shopping in Oxford and maybe going to the free lunchtime concert at the old church. Tomorrow - maybe London!?

Glad you all had a nice Mother's Day - I scanned the posts a bit. I'll be off and on - but you gals be good! Rosemary

Rosemary:

I had a dear friend who was from England she would tell me about the places you are talking about . We were to make a trip to England together so I could see first hand her lovely country but the dear Lord had other plans for her we never made the trip.

Enjoy your company.
